Frances Savoia Brown made an extremely generous donation to CABF in memory of Stephen C. Williams, a dear friend who passed away in 1997 from pancreatic cancer. Fran writes:  “Steve was a loving father, husband and friend. He was one of the most genuine, nice, thoughtful men I have ever known. It was always a pleasure to spend time with Steve – he had a terrific sense of humor and a keen intellect. Steve had two boys who he adored, one of whom was diagnosed with bipolar disorder less than a year after Steve’s death. I am so happy to be able to help support CABF, an organization which helps so many families like Steve’s. I know that he would have appreciated this gift very much. "
