Overview
CABF focuses its advocacy efforts on the following urgent needs:

• Insurance - Medical care needed by children with bipolar disorder must be accessible as a matter of public health.
• Education - Children with bipolar disorder must receive educational services that accommodate their health impairment.
• Research - Funding must be raised and targeted to discover the causes, treatment, cure and prevention for pediatric bipolar disorder.

• Contact your lawmakers;
• Locate the Calendar for the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives; and
• Learn and share information about advocacy issues in your state.
